History

Established in 2013.

I learned about Italian food from my grandparents, parents, and trips to visit family in Italy. My grandparents emigrated from Italy when my father was 11 years old and after being raised in a household where fresh pasta was the norm and authenticity the rule, I was surprised as I ventured out into the world and saw that the typical pasta dishes didn’t come close to what I enjoyed at home or in Italy. Much of what defines a true Italian pasta dish has been lost in translation, and my vision is to provide authentic pasta dishes that you can enjoy at home.
