History

Established in 2008.

MotionMechanix was founded out of a need for a safe, effective, individualized evaluation and Exercise Prescription. Too often I would watch trainers using the same workout for every client they saw that day. Regardless of the individual’s joint structure, Range of Motion, Ability to Control the Movement Etc…

We here at MotionMechanix use the Principals of RTS (Resistence Training Specialists) and MAT (Muscle Activation Techniques) to help you achieve all of your health and fitness goals.

MotionMechanix LLC Owner and Operator, Dominick Nusdeu, Obtained his B.S. Degree in Exercise Science with Minors in Nutrition and Public Health from SCSU. He Holds the Distinction of Resistance Training Specialist (RTS123) and is 1 of only 5 Muscle Activation Techniques Specialists in Connecticut. He has been certified as a personal trainer since 1996. Dominick also has a First Degree BlackBelt in Brazilian Jiu-​Jitsu
