I am not sure why there are so many negative reviews for this place. I have been going here for a year and they always have my clothes cleaned and done on time.
I can think of just 1 instance where a stain on my pants was not fully removed but they immediately took it back and fixed the situation. No different than any other dry cleaner I’ve gone to.
I would say give them a shot and see for yourself. I have only had good experiences and have been greeted by friendly professionals. Prices are reasonable and they always have great coupons in local coupon mailers.

OK for shirts (laundry), though I pre-​wash everything to make sure the neck/​pits get addressed properly. They ruin flat-​front pants however, putting creases in everything even if told not to, and the pants don’t have them to begin with. Lesson learned the hard way unfortunately.

This is the dry cleaners right next to Sprout’s off Loma Santa Fe and Stevens Ave.
Spent $ 9 to clean one dress (and that’s with a new customer «discount»). The armpits area of the dress was not cleaned… shouldn’t that be the focus point of the cleaning?
Wish I would have read the Unilocal reviews first and went elsewhere!

These people steal your money!
I took my comforter there to clean, they charged me 30.00 and didnt clean it! I could by the smell .they did nothing to it. They should be report to Better business bureau,

I take all my dry cleaning needs to this place. Very conveniently located next to Sprout’s. Friendly staff, reasonable price for very detailed finish to the dry cleaning job. Individually packed for delicate sweaters. The alteration price is good and all the jobs I requested was done perfectly!

Avoid this place like the plague! I brought in a beautiful chiffon evening gown to have dry cleaned. When I got it back, the once beautiful fabric had little tears and balls all over it. When I asked her what happened, the clerk said it was normal wear and tear. Sorry but I had only worn the dress TWICE, one was to a wedding and the second was to an Easter Gala. I also noticed that some of the rhinestones fell off of the necklace part of the dress! The once gorgeous $ 300 dress was ruined. The offered NO money back.

I’ve been a regular for at least a year and they have very consistent, reliable, and super efficient service. Price wise, they are far more reasonable than other places in the area. Not really the place for alterations, but otherwise good!

I don’t know about the cleaning service, but they also do alterations. I brought them two trousers, exactly the same model in different colors, and they made one of them much shorter than the other one. I complained about it and they had to add a piece of fabric at the bottom because they had already cut the fabric.
At least they sincerely apologized, and they didn’t charge me anything. And finally the result was nice.

I love the convenience, hours and service of this dry cleaners. Who else is open on Sundays??! They do a good job, are very professional and the clothes look great. Prices are reasonable. I recently got a pair of jeans hemmed for about $ 12 which I thought was a great price.

I come here for all my dry cleaning jobs since it’s conveniently located next to the Henry’s. They always do a fantastic and prompt job! I’m a pretty regular customer so they know how I like my clothes to be done; all I have to do is drop them off and let them know an ok pick up date and I’m done.
I have no complaints so I’m not going anywhere!

Boo you, Martinizing. Two days before our wedding my now hubby took his suit in to get steamed and de-​wrinkled. He brought it back and it looked EXACTLY the same, wrinkles and all. Not sure what he payed for, but you won’t be getting our service anymore, that’s for sure. You’re mighty nearby, but I’ll gladly drive ten minutes to Beasley’s Cleaners b/​c I know they’ll do a good job, which is exactly what I did and it came back smooth and perfect.
