History
Established in 2010.
I am a San Diego native and have been investing, managing, leasing and selling properties in the area for over 20 years. I grew up in North County. I have worked for some of the most reputable companies in the world including CBRE, NAI and the CoStar Group. I have been a licensed real estate agent since 2002. I am a member of the North San Diego County Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors.
I started my career in real estate over 20 years ago working for my parents who owned and managed properties throughout the county. I have experience in conducting market analysis, underwriting, managing, leasing and selling assets. I have worked with a range of clients from start-up businesses, to second location or national retail tenants such as Benihana of Tokyo, 7-Eleven and Penske Automotive Group. I continue to work hard for clients, educate them on the process when necessary and make that they have a trusted professional assisting them with their needs

Born into a family of real estate professionals, I quickly learned the business of buying, selling, leasing and managing real estate. As a professional, I have over 20 years of working in the industry in San Diego. I worked as an Analyst and Manager at the CoStar Group, the largest commercial real estate information company in the world. I managed the Research Department at CBRE, the largest real estate advisory company in the world. I have also, been a licensed salesperson in California for almost 15 years. I have a Masters of Science in Real Estate from the University of San Diego and have completed advanced courses including CCIM to help me gain knowledge in the industry. I have a passion for real estate and love to work with individuals and companies on strategizing their investments and leases. I provide my clients with excellent services and will make sure that you are in goods hands.
