John D Hill, MD

Dr. Hill is absolutely incredible. He is like a doctor from year past — thorough, friendly and so caring. There is no sense of rush or bureaucracy with him. He even called me once and left his personal cell! I feel so lucky to have found him. His staff is equally amazing. I cannot say enough nice things about going to his office, where you are a person, not a number.

Dr. Hill is one of the most knowledgeable Physicians that I have encountered both on a professional and patient level. His compassion for others is boundless. I am a person with a severe immune disorder, and when I feel horrible, it’s always a pleasure to see him and know I am receiving excellent care. The Office Manager Leslie is another exceptional human being. Her compassion for others rivals Dr Hills. Together they make an excellent team!
I should be rating this review with five stars as Dr Hill’s skill reflects. The reason I gave four is his Medical Assistant/​Nurse, Stephanie. She is one of the rudest individuals that I have ever encountered. The manner in which she speaks to Dr Hill and her co-​workers is unacceptable. It pales in comparison to the manner she treats the patients. I had an appointment this morning to pick up a prescription, the Dr was aware along with the Office Manager. This morning I decided to call the office regarding the timeline and left a message with the service stating what time I would arrive to make things easier.
When I walked into the office Stephanie was at her desk and didn’t turn around once until I wished her a Happy New Year. At which time she turned around and very gruffly said to me «We don’t open until 10:00 on Tuesdays. I got your message from the answering service but I don’t have any idea why your here and you can leave, come back in hour because he’s with a patient. I was shocked she was so forceful. It felt like my hair was blown back by her force and lack of compassion. I explained to her I was leaving town and would wait.
This gave me even more time to watch her interact.
I have spoken with both Leslie and Dr Hill concerning her. I write this for all other patients who encounter her sub par attitude and want you to know you aren’t alone.

Dr. Hill is the most compassionate doctor, with the absolute BEST, CARING staff. I love going to a doctor, where I am a person, not a account, Every time I have gone to Dr. Hill, he has diagnosed my problem to the tee. I cannot say that for other doctors!
Thank you Dr, Hill, Leslie and Stephanie!!! BEST medical staff ever!!!

Dr. Hill and his office staff are proffesional and go that extra step to make you feel like a valued patient.
