Darwin Bustarde helps individuals and businesses with their contract, corporate and real property matters: document review/​drafting, consultations, entity (LLC, corporate, partnership) formations, transactional services, litigation, real property disputes, landlord-​tenant matters, unlawful detainer/​evictions, litigation, negotiations and other civil matters.

History

Established in 2005.

Darwin L. Bustarde, Esq. has been practicing law since he passed the Bar in 2005.

He has extensive experience in real estate and business matters and worked in a real estate litigation firm and an insurance defense firm prior to opening his own solo-​practice.

He operated his own small business-​sole proprietorship called Bustarde Law from 2010 to 2012. It was a practice dedicated to client and goal focused representation in business/​transactional and real property matters.

In early 2012, Darwin Bustarde joined his sole-​proprietorship with the firm Mayfield Bustarde LLP.

The partners to the firm are Gayle Mayfield-​Venieris and Melissa Bustarde. They bring a wealth of experience and knowledge regarding business, corporate, contract and real property matters. He has been able to continue and expand the services that he can offer to clients as a member of Mayfield Bustarde LLP.
