The manager of this branch worked to figure out how to fix the issue. With his help it was finally resolved!

The wealthy community of Solana Beach needs banks to store it’s riches. They have a bustling Design District down the road which is a cash cow as well as restaurants, markets and small businesses hauling imoney.
So where do you go to dump off loads of cash? Citibank is happy to help! They even offer cookies and coffee in the lobby at this branch.
I have been here many times and it is always a ghost town. Across the street the shopping center is jam packed so I like being able to get in and out of Citibank without waiting.
In 2014 the entire Citibank lineup took away a banking hour from their customers. Bankers hours have always been 9 – 5, just ask Dolly Parton! I have always wondered what people in banks do, as an artist I can not comprehend how they kill 8 hours rearranging numbers in a spreadsheet. Wouldn’t a computer be able to do this all while they sleep?
In Vicki’s world bank tellers are there to dole out cash. Citibank cut the operating hours down so that tellers could bank without the distraction of people like me coming in there and asking for money. Even if it is a ghost town in there.
