We specialize in succulent container gardens in a variety of containers (terra cotta to glass, rustic to contemporary) for both residential and commercial. We also do onsite container planting if you can’t make it in to us and will handle your maintenance as well. Here at the shop on 240 S Cedros we carry garden accessories, Dash & Albert indoor outdoor rugs, Mariachi Mad Mats and Fermob furniture. We offer classes monthly, are available for private parties and private instruction and soon will be having cut flowers and arrangements. We do weddings and small venues. Give us a call or come by!

History

Established in 2006.

This small container garden shop started in 2006 in the patio area attached to Leaping Lotus. It then moved to the larger open space in the adjacent area and there it has remained a favorite for tourists and locals alike. It is under new ownership since January of 2016 and very soon will be adding cut flowers and arrangements.

Business Owner

Lesley and Stephanie, sisters, come from a floral/​gardening background and share a love of plants and flowers. They have over 50 years combined retail experience. When the opportunity to purchase Chicweed arose, they knew this would be perfect venue for them.
