I actually had a pleasant experience dealing with phone issues. I came at 5pm on a Tuesday and Andrew was so helpful. He also helped save me money and did the follow up necessary to complete the job.

Asking Robbie and the staff to upgrade your i-​phone is similar to asking Forrest Gump to do your taxes. Not a lot of confidence in their ability if you know what I mean. It took them over 4 hours to upgrade my phone.
Also, the genius squad lost 2 years of my photos.

Staff there is absolutely helpful. I use to go to Delmar Heights store, they are always so. short and it seems like you are just a dollar bill to them. Glad to go to a store where people actually care and help. Manager there Jacob Leese and his team knows how to take care of locals. Definitely going again and recommending everyone to go. Thanks guys.

understaffed. at 10:30 am there was one clerk tied up for over 20 minutes. this place may give good service, but I was unable to test it. couldn’t get served.
