Got a Groupon for a 2-​hour couples massage and facial! Great deal! They were super welcoming and didn’t get fussy when my friend showed up a couple minutes late as opposed to 10minutes early. We got mimosas upon arrival (always a plus). The massage Adrienne was courteous and thorough. My facial was good, but the young lady who performed it had super cold hands and a slightly rough touch at times like she was trying to rush through it even though it lasted an hour. Overall, great place, reasonable, and I would go back.

Bought a massage/​facial package through Groupon and was not disappointed!
Spa was very clean and relaxing… greeted with the option of tea or mimosa and taken in for my service timely. Pleasantly surprised to stay in the same room for both services and wow! What a treat! Rather than breaking my time of relaxation I was able to stay in my room and received my facial directly after my massage. I can’t wait to go back for a Mother Daughter spa day! This will be my go to Spa going forward… prices are so reasonable, same as what is advertised on Groupon… WIN WIN

I have visited this spa a few times and I have enjoyed each of my visits! The massages are my favorite service at this spa. I always feel relaxed and my muscles are loosened after each massage here.
Just recently I also visited the spa for a gel manicure and pedicure. Since I was getting married soon, they took extra care of my fingernails and toenails. The manicure and pedicure was perfect and the quality is awesome. It has been about a week and my nails still look great. I definitely recommend this spa!

The place looks nice and clean. It’s located in the shopping center near HomeGoods and Union bank. When we arrived we were immediately offered water, tea or mimosas while we waited for everything to set up which wasn’t very long at all. Both my mother and I came away from the massage super relaxed and my mom said out of all the places we’ve tried, this place did the best facials and I have to agree. Most of the time I don’t care much for facials other than for the nice face massage, but I noticed my skin actually felt and looked better after this one. Would definitely be coming back here again.

Wonderful experience at About You Day Spa and Salon! My massage by Adrianne was one of the best massages I’ve ever experienced. You are given your choice of essential oil which made me happy and she only spoke when spoken to which is always nice in a massage. I used one of their deals that are readily available on discount sites like Groupon, etc., for a massage and facial for $ 99 and it was worth much more. I will definitely go back!

After a few stressful months of applying for grad school and working full time, I needed some stress relief. I came here for a hour long, full body massage with Adrienne, and I gotta say, it was amazing! I had quite a number of knots and tension on my neck and back, and Adrienne really got most of them to loosen up. I felt like a brand new person walking out the door.
From the moment I stepped into the spa, I was welcomed by Adrienne, who offered me a choice between a complimentary mimosa, tea, or water (The mimosa hit the spot on a Sunday morning) before the massage. As we walked through the waiting room and into the private massage rooms, I could see that the entire spa is clean and well organized. ⁵⁄₅ will be back the next time I need an hour of bliss and relaxation!

Friends bought a Groupon certificate for me and my husband. We’ve been stressed and tired, and a massage and facial sounded like a good idea. That’s putting it mildly. First, I got a lovely and relaxing facial, which set me up perfectly for the best massage I have ever had in my life. The masseuse’s name is Bess, and run, run, run, do not pass go, and schedule a session with her. For the first time in months, my shoulders and neck are pain-​free, and my entire body feels amazing. The spa has monthly specials which are equal to or less than the Groupon deals, but I would pay any amount of money to feel as good as I do this evening.

My mother and I had such a wonderful, relaxing experience here! I’m definitely going back.

I’ve been here twice, for their $ 99 special — a one hour facial and a one hour massage. The spa is clean but not particularly «luxe.» That said, I have gotten massages and facials here that are as good or better than higher end, more luxurious spas. Those spas have higher prices, reflecting higher overhead. At About You, you are getting top notch services in a pleasant atmosphere. Having been here twice, I can say that both times, my treatments started on time. I never felt that the therapist or aesthetician was rushing through the service. I highly recommend About You. Excellent value for the price.

Had a groupon deal, scheduled a week ahead of time, was contacted THE NIGHT BEFORE and canceled on, tried to call them back after getting the email, they were already closed, didnt get the email till AFTER closing. Wasted my day, couldnt cancel my hotel reservation because it was the night before, and they wont refund me, tried calling, took 3 times before I got through, they only reschedule no refund because I was calling on the day I was scheduled, but it was them who canceled that night by email, not me. I WANT MY MONEY BACK.
DO NOT pay up front for a service here, they will just keep the money!

Got a deal through Groupon & took my fiancé on a surprise date. I was 8 months pregnant & the lady at the front desk stated I needed to pay $ 20 more for a «pregnancy massage» I asked what the difference were between the massage on the Groupon deal vs a «pregnancy massage». She couldn’t tell me. The two ladies did a wonderful job! I nodded off during my facial. It was just so relaxing, BUT I didn’t get my «pregnancy massage» that I paid an extra $ 20 for. My fiancé wasn’t WOW’d by the massage nor the facial. Bad customer service for the lady at the front desk. Money hungry, I guess. I will not be going back because I do not want to deal with her!

I recently came here with a girlfriend for a mini spa day. We had purchased a Groupon for couples massage and facial for only $ 189. Super good deal (not to mention that we also had an additional % off from Groupon so we saved even more)!
The spa is located on the 2^nd floor of a mini shopping center across from the 24 Hour Fitness. It’s small, but big enough that you could probably accommodate 3 different clients at the same time for massages/​facials. It’s clean and they do have heated blankets. However, since it’s been such a cold winter the rooms are still pretty cold. I’d suggest maybe raising the temp in the whole spa or a room heater. The walls are kind of thin, but we were also in the 2 rooms that you can open the door between (I’m assuming for couples who want to talk)… so you can keep the door closed, which we did but you can hear all the chit chat. It’s not too bad though.
Otherwise I’d highly suggest this spa. My masseuse was really good and talked me through somethings and asked about areas to focus on (which I always appreciate) and my facial was pretty good too.

I’ve been here twice and got the package for the 50 min facial and 50 min massage– both times have been great! My facial was given by Teresa and she did an awesome job, i practically fell asleep! My massage was nice too, I definitely fell asleep during this. I got these packages on groupon but for everyone who’s interested, you don’t need a groupon to get this deal. They have the same specials running on their website so don’t trouble yourself with it! Get yourself pampered, my body and face feel so refreshed!

Came here with my bf to redeem a 2 hour spa package for two Groupon. They gave us a mimosa while we waited. Don’t expect to be right next to each other. It’s basically 2 rooms that they opened the door to. One of you gets a facial first while the other gets a massage and then they switch after an hour.
Joy was very thorough with our facials, although I wish she communicated more as to what she’s doing to my face. like, what process she was at.
Shira (sp??) gave us the massages and she was awesome. I rarely fall asleep during massages, but she did it. That’s a plus in my book.
My boyfriend also thoroughly enjoyed his massage and facial. It was his first facial and he couldn’t stop telling me afterwards how soft his face feels. haha!
They also gave us a coupon to come back again and we will def be taking advantage of that!

Not relaxing at all! Place is noisy and woman performing my facial kept on leaving the room and left the door open. She made rude comments about my skin. My masseuse smelled like cigarettes and had such a bad smokers scratchy voice I couldn’t understand her. She kept going on and on about my body. I have and asking about my workouts. I don’t want to talk during a massage I want to relax. Could not do that here.

Not sure why this place has 3.5 stars but this place us awesome. For the price (99 $), i felt i got more than enough. Definitely not the most upscale spa’s hence people who expect all the luxuries like robes, shoes and mimosa’s should not go.
I got a groupon deal and my experience was great. I was a bit late and hence she told me that they might have to shorten the services, however they didnot. The facial was great. My skin feels so much better and she gave me a lot of tips and tricks on how to keep it this way. The massage was awesome. Mary Sue did a great job, her hands feel like heaven. I had the massage + scrub groupon and she did her job really well. They even gave me a similar coupon for future services. For the price, the experience and services were great. I would definitely return as for me, i would prefer spending 95 $ three times than spending 300 $ in a similar spa with just fancy add ons.

For the price this place can’t be beat! I did the Unilocal deal ($ 30 for $ 60 of services) for myself and my husband and we saved so much with the ALREADY low prices!
I am 27 weeks pregnant and Mary Louise gave me the best prenatal massage ever! She was so attentive with my positioning and I seriously think her hands need to be insured!
I did a mani/​pedi, prenatal massage (my husband did the couples massage with me, he did a regular swedish massage) and facial. EVERYTHING was terrific!
It is located in a little location, smaller than what I thought BUT very relaxing. Theresa was so kind and I don’t remember her name but the lady who did my facial was amazing. I love this place and if I’m ever back in the area, I will definitely be coming back!

Just came in here today because of our groupon deal. It was excellent we were greeted when we walked in. We were offered a beverage in a cute glass. My boyfriend and I both received a 60 min facial and 60 min massage! The massage was great and we asked for firm and that’s what we got! The facial was very relaxing also and she massaged our neck and hands also. Both seemed very experienced and knowledgeable. We weren’t rushed at all and wouldn’t change anything. We’ll come back on our next San Diego trip.

We came in this past weekend for a couples massage and facials and were very pleased with our visit. When we arrived, they greeted us and were friendly, even offering us a choice of water, orange juice or a mimosa. I liked the cleanliness of the place, it seems very spacious inside.
This was the first time that we have gotten a facial and it was such a treat! Theresa really took care of me and my facial. My boyfriend had another lady helping with his facial, and I liked how she told him what she was doing each step of the way. The facials were very relaxing!
Our massages were given by Sherri and MaryLou. Sherri asked me if there were any areas that I’d like her to focus on and she listened. When I asked for more pressure, she was able to go deeper and release some tension in my shoulders. I appreciated that she listened to my requests. The massage was so wonderful! I think there were times I fell half asleep!
We enjoyed About You Day Spa a lot and we’re looking forward to future visits. I would definitely recommend others to give this place a try.
During the massage, we had taken off my necklace so it wouldn’t get in the way. I left the spa and had forgotten about my necklace until we were halfway home. We turned around and went back and Sherri was so sweet, she had put my necklace into a little envelope and was trying to get ahold of me. I’m glad I was able to get my necklace back and appreciated that she took care of my belongings until I came to pick it up. They really take care of you here.

My fiancé and I came here with a Groupon deal for a facial, a massage and a cup of champagne for the two of us. Sure enough, the champagne was certainly served in a cup. Not the most classy place I’ve ever been to, but it works.
My appointment was scheduled for 2:45pm, but a few hours prior, I received a call that it would be pushed back to 3pm. No problem, and I appreciated the heads up. However, when we arrived, the lady said «I don’t know why they asked you to come in later» … ok, awkward, and we had about 2 sips of our cups of mimosa before being shuffled back into the couples massage room.
There’s nothing too spectacular about this spa… no ladies and mens locker rooms, no slippers… they did have a robe on the back of the door in the massage room, but there was really no purpose for it.
As far as the services go, I was very pleased with both the facial and the massage. My only complaint there was that the facialist didn’t know which facial I had signed up for (I didn’t either, since I thought that was their job to know). But, we got it all figured out and the relaxing continued. The massage was fantastic, and my favorite part of the treatment. The girl was putting some serious weight on my shoulders.
We left with a coupon for the exact same deal to use in the next 60 days, which we plan on using.
