History

Established in 2012.

Welcome to Magnolia Manor, located in the heart of historic Social Circle. Southern charm abounds in this quaint Georgia town. As you enter the curved brick driveway this Greek revival mansion is certain to evoke a picture of the Old South. As you view the tall white Corinthian columns, stand on the spacious veranda, and tour the renovated home you can’t help but imagine a scene from long ago. Magnolia Manor was purchased in 2012 to be used as office space. After several weeks of planning renovations and spending time in the manor house and gardens (and reportedly a few conversations with resident ghosts) The owner changed his mind and decided to reopen the facility to the public.
