Specialties
We have been making the finest, most balanced beers in the Northwest since 1997! Our Taproom has been open since 2006 and is a showcase for our beverages, including our handcrafted draft root beer on tap! Sorry, no fried food here… we specialize in beer friendly, affordable things for the whole family to enjoy with a beer (or root beer for the kids)!
History
Established in 1997.
We are a small private company, located in historic downtown Snoqualmie, Washington founded by five partners that did not have the sense to know that you had to be crazy to start a brewery in 1997, when most of the rest of the world thought the craft brewing industry was going down the tube, but 16 years later, here we are. We opened the Snoqualmie Taproom restaurant in 2006, and did a major expansion in 2011, vastly increasing the seating capacity from 48 to 180, and adding two new banquet rooms.
Right after we began brewing, Rande Reed joined us as Brewmaster, and with his highly capable and creative brewers, we keep the consistency high on our standard brews, and also keep a stream of Brewer’s Choices in the pipeline at the Taproom. With ingredients ranging from lemongrass to squash to spruce tips, you never know what might be on tap.
Meet the Business Owner
Dave E.
Business Owner
Although Dave has been an owner since the beginning of Snoqualmie Falls Brewing. He just stepped in as General Manager September 2013, leaving a 26 year social service career working with teens in group homes and managing databases.
Dave is committed to seeing the food offerings in the Taproom improve in variety and quality, and also has in place a plan to do 3 Special Release beers per year and tweak all of the Seasonals every year. He wants to keep things vibrant and changing a little all the time so our regulars find things to keep their experience fresh.
Besides doing the general manager stuff, Dave likes to round out the joy of office work by doing some maintenance around the Brewery, such as painting, and fixing the little doo-dads that always break.
He says: «Here at SFBC we have a tremendously skilled and committed team. They’re a blast to work with and I know we make great things happen in the time to come.»
