Welcome to Sno Valley Roasters. We are very excited to offer amazing, fresh-​roasted coffee beans to Snoqualmie Valley and beyond.

Taste and quality are important and, for the first thing you drink in the morning, coffee should be perfect. At Sno Valley Roasters, we pick the best green beans, roast them locally in Snoqualmie, and either hand-​deliver them to your doorstep at no cost for those in the Valley or mail them out the same day — fast and fresh. Other complimentary drop-​off and pick-​up locations are available in Seattle and Olympia. Unlike larger commercial roasters, we roast each pound of beans individually. This allows for personalization of your bag of coffee beans as well as a more even and artisan roast. All you have to do is choose your beans, roast level, and grind level. It’s that simple.

History

Established in 2010.

Born and raised in Washington state, I love this area and the people who live here. I especially love Snoqualmie Valley, where my husband, our two children, and I have planted roots.

I’ve always had a passion for coffee and when I discovered the joys of truly fresh-​roasted coffee, I was amazed at what I had been missing. Coffee made from high-​quality, fresh-​roasted beans have such a wonderful full flavor and body beyond average coffee roasted weeks or even months prior.

For this reason, my goal is to roast great coffee — for you and for me. I love what I do, I love my product, and want to share this with you.
