Three stars is a generous rating. He fixed one immediate problem, because of issues we hired someone else to fix the second problem which he partially found and diagnosed.
Our furnace died when the temperature was in the low 20s, along with everyone else’s furnace. We were desperate and called around to get someone to come and fix it.
Scott came by probably on his 12^th hour of work that day on the promise that we recommend him to others. I found this to be a red flag. As I said we were desperate

He quickly diagnosed the problem and our furnace was back on. He found another issue which could be potentially cause severe air quality issues. He said the parts were under warranty and we would just have to pay for labor. He like the other review said pushed to replace the entire furnace. I also felt that he lacked attention to detail. I didn’t think he actually did a furnace inspection. He said he would email us an invoice (not a receipt) Though I paid before he left. I received an invoice not a receipt for the work completed. I requested a receipt and eventually got one. I found the invoicing after payment… a concern.
We scheduled an appointment to fix the second issue but he cancelled on us, claiming he double booked. We decided to get a second opinion. Turned out Scott only found part of the problem. Had he kept his appointment, he would have to come back with addtional parts and take the furnace apart again. Becuase of the disorganization and the receipt issues I doubt we will hire him again.

Scott was easy to work with and gave me multiple options to save money when I needed to replace my H2O heather and my heating system. He took great care of my home and delivered quality work. I highly recommend him.
