So pleasantly surprised! This small establishment has great service, good vibe and delicious, fresh food. We were hungry after a hike to Franklin Falls and really enjoyed this place. The Bleu Aardvark was fresh and delicious. My 9yo asked for a cheeseburger and it was made with fresh baguette, so good! We also had FRESH juiced carrot, apple and ginger. Husband enjoyed his hemp milk smoothie. Great place!

This place rocks! Flavorful food, filling in a healthy way. The teriyaki bowl was filled to the brim with vegetables and really tasty chicken. The burgers are out of this world and the accompanying soup was delicious. The owner is attentive and friendly. This is our go to place on Snoqualmie pass.

Awesome food. Had the curry chicken w/pineapple cake. Was awesome. Also got a smoothie. It too was perfect. Not to sweet & wonderful flavor. Menu has unique options. Super nice guy. Asked if I enjoyed my food. Honestly this place is awesome.

Dapper Dan the Aardvark Man! You really can’t get more«local» than this highway hideaway. After a long day of enjoying the Pass there really isn’t a better place for a quick refuel before returning the grind of the low lands. My recommendation: ascend the steps of the«the cabin,» order the curry, chat with Dapper Dan and take your food outside to the picnic table. If you face to the southwest you can easily forget that you are in a gas station parking lot. Take in the sights, enjoy your food, play some horse shoes and chat it up with some of Snoqualmie Pass’ hardcore locals… if you’re wicked nice they might even let you in on a secret shred stash or a hidden mountain bike ride… maybe.

I really don’t think I can convey how good this food is using words. I’ve been coming here on my way from Seattle to Chelan and back for the past 2 years. It is a ritual of mine to stop by for food. The way that the owner blends flavors together is magic. I love the Aardvark. Get the curry. Then get the Guy Peak.

Stumbled upon this place thinking this was a coffee hut. Instead found the best curry in the state. Comes with an amazing little pineapple cake, cabbage, cilantro: I mean wow. Sitting in the parking lot of a Chevron across from the slopes at the pass. Kick-ass food from a tiny house kitchen. Find it.

Asked for 2 hot chocolates for kids. Got some spicy drink with the consistency of mud. It was too spicy for a 3 and 6 year old. A wasted $ 6.

Ate the Aardvark’s veggie soup. Rich broth. Tasty veggies. Perfect blend of spices. Just what I needed for 4 hours of charging down the hill night skiing. This Aardvark sure knows his eats.
