Disappointed my mom was told this was going to be top grade soil and that they don’t use the cheap stuff. The soil that was delivered was mostly sand once we filled the garden we worked so hard on and watered the plants you can see the sand all over, we were making a butterfly garden not a cactus garden. Very disappointed they gave mom cheap filler in her soil telling her it was high grade not to mention I spent a good portion of time picking Sunkist stickers or chocolate bag pieces out of this premium soil mom was sold.

This is my go to place for black bark, rock, sod, topsoil, rock… whatever my landscaping needs are. I have yet to go there and be disappointed with service or quality of whatever I get. Their prices are very comparable to other companies. I had to have my sod hand loaded into my truck and the employee helping me never seemed bothered or like it was an inconvenience. I refer all my neighbors and friends here. Thanks so much to the staff for always making my experience a good one and for providing me with quality products.

I just called for pricing and compared the pricing to Pacific Topsoils. They are higher per square yard on dark fine mulch than Pacific Topsoils. They also would not give me a contractor discount unless I’m in there every month spending $ 10k. (sales rep quote). I’m a general contractor, not a landscaper, so no, I would not be in as much as some others, but Pacific Topsoils DID offer a contractor’s discount even though I’m not a «landscape contractor». To me, Pacific wanted my business and Topsoils NW did not.

In my opinion this is the only place to purchase top soil and bark for your landscaping. I’ve bought from other Pacific Topsoil companies at obscene prices and found their customer service to be terrible. Topsoils Northwest is timely in their deliveries, the prices are really competitive and the staff is helpful and accommodating.
There is just no reason to pay the extreme pricing of other companies!
