I scheduled an appointment in person and showed up one week later for appt. only to find out that they booked it for March not December. They were very slightly apologetic and offered me $ 5 off a future waxing? My time is definitely worth more than that. Quite honestly given their error, they should have at the least offered ½ my service. The front desk staff was unfriendly and disinterested in correcting their mistake. I will not be back.

Great place to with both a charming and professional atmosphere! Timm (owner) is experienced and does great work with any type of style you are looking for. I just a basic cut. It’s conveniently located in Snohomish so none of that fighting Seattle traffic bullshit! Love to support local businesses like this one!

Just saw Rachel this week and if I could give her 10 stars I would! Her coloring ability is out of this world! I was referred to her from a good friend after a fair-​poor dye job at a Seattle salon. She fixed my color and was able to deliver the style I’d wanted. I would drive even further to see Rachel if I had to. She was really flexible about getting me in quickly and has an awesome personality. She’s very meticulous with her work and communicates well. She delivered and I feel beautiful again!

My Salon in the newest salon in Snohomish that offers a wide variety of services. I’ve turned an 1893 house into an amazing charming salon. I’ve created a new salon with a bit of an antique feel meets bright and cheery… Stop in and see one of my 5 stylist, one of my 2 hair removal ladies (including sugaring) or our massage therapist.
