Disappointing experience. Ordered a simple but custom drink and was handed my drink with the packets of honey — making my own coffee could’ve been done in the comfort of my own home. I informed the employee at the register what I had ordered and at that time she offered to put the honey in my coffee for me, which I did appreciate. I’ve never had to ask twice for a drink to be made at Starbucks or explain what I was ordering. The blueberry oatmeal breakfast I ordered also came out wrong but I had already walked away from the counter and they were very busy. I would’ve rated my experience a zero however, two stars because the gal at the cash register was very nice and tried to make it right!

Two stars because I actually got my drinks, they were hot, and they were made correctly. Three stars remove for the time it took, the rude Baristas, and the basically treating g me like I was a wall or not there. Went in, used personal cups and ordered soy. The male Barista when asked not to add water to my drink completely ignored me. Didn’t even look at or acknowledge my presence. I felt like my business was unwanted, unnecessary, and a complete inconvenience to this person.

This is by far the worst Starbucks branch. Last time I ordered a latte and got a hot chocolate, and I was already on the road when I found out that they messed up. This time, after repeating the same order 5 times because she said she couldn’t hear me due to the noise street, I got the wrong drink again. When I told them that’s not what I had ordered, she seemed all miffed and annoyed and told me to go park in front of the store and they’ll bring it to me. Then another lady walks up to the car with two cups in her hand and neither was what I had ordered. She then told me she didn’t understand what I wanted. «A tall hot green tea with vanilla syrup.» is that too confusing? She went back in and came back with a tea except she didn’t put the vanilla syrup in it. WTF?

I like this Starbucks for its convenience and friendly service. I come here sometimes in the morning to get some emails done over a coffee. It is a bit smaller than most but has nice seating inside and out. In this area there really aren’t any other coffee shops of this calibre where you can sit back for a while and enjoy your cup unless you are a fan of the many espresso stands in the area and want to sit in your car –without WiFi.

WORLDSBESTSERVICE!!! I come here every day a week! I have never got a bad coffee, if I ever want anything changes or fixed before I can even ask its done and better than ever! Even with how busy it is I’m in and out in a matter of minutes, I love this Starbucks and apparently I’m not the only one, it’s always buzzing!

This really is one of the worst Starbucks around this area. I have, on more than one occassion, sat for 10+ minutes in their drive thru line and have never once even received an apology from staff for the long wait. The staff is very hit or miss at this location. Some of the employees are super friendly, and some are just rude and completely miserable. And their drinks are about as consistent as their employees temperments. My advice? Keep heading down Hwy 9 and find somewhere better to get coffee! It won’t take you long and it’ll be worth the drive.

This Starbucks is ridiculous. I just went through the drive through, the ONLY one in line and it took them 10MINUTES to make my drink. By the time I got it there was a huge line of people behind me going«WTF!!!» I’m not sure what took so long because my drink doesn’t even taste that great. And I’m probably never going to come to this location again.

I hold all Starbucks to a pretty fair standard. Relatively quick drink-making, friendly baristas, clean cups, tasty coffee. I don’t think those standards are too hard to meet for such a large and reputable company. But today, it took quite a while to get my drink, and when it was put on the bar the cup was dripping with coffee and pooling at the bottom. I wiped it off myself as the barista watched me and said nothing. Come on Starbucks.

I don’t normally comment on a company that has locations as widespread as Starbucks, however, this location deserves a high five, a kudos, a WAYTOGO! The drive up folks are excellent. Often times when I drive up, they see it’s me and know my drink immediately. The manager, Laura, is excellent. I am sorry I don’t know the names of the regular gals I see on my way to work, but, they start my day off in an excellent way with their cheery dispositions and friendliness. Way to go Clearview Starbucks! You are the only location I’d comment on, because you are doing it right… customer service at its finest!
