It’s a year after initial install and we’re still having an issue with a gutter that won’t drain. Attempts to contact this company about the issue have resulted in NORESPONSE.

Would really like to be able to give this company zero stars. We used them about a year and a half ago to replace the gutters on our 2 story home. They seemed to be reputable and do a good job, although they talked us into changing the direction of the downspout output on the first story roof. Normally, gutters are placed at a 90degree angle directing water away from the house. They place their downspout parralel to the house with the claim that this will disperse the water, cutting down on direct wear and tear on the roof and any discoloration that could happen. Sounds good in theory. Unfortunately, after a year and a half, we now have a slow leak in our roof due to the water shooting right against the siding and corner of the chimney. The paint has actually been peeled and worn off from the water force. They also bent the flashing on the chimney. Have called them no less than 5 –6 times just to come take a look and see what can be done. Called twice and left messages with no answer — Called again and said we were«interested in gutters» and lo and behold, got a call right back from the front desk girl who said the owner would call back to schedule a time to come out. That was 2 weeks and several more phone calls ago. DONOTUSETHISCOMPANY — YOUWILLBESORRY.

These people rescued me from ever having to venture up on my roof again to clean out my gutters. They gave me a fair bid, on time installation, and left my yard clean. I am now the proud owner of Leaf Relief Gutters that have a 10 year warranty from KML, the installers, and from the company who provides the materials. I am gleeful at the thought of not seeing my house from the top side anytime soon. I highly recommend these people.
