Established in 2007.

After practicing law in Los Angeles since 2007, attorney and Snohomish County native Angie Lee returned home and established Harbor Law PLLC in 2014. Harbor Law represents accident victims and bankruptcy debtors.

I am dedicated to helping my clients, whether they’ve been injured in an accident, are facing surmounting debt, or are owed money by a bankrupt debtor.

I have represented debtors, creditors, and trustees in hundreds of bankruptcy cases and adversary proceedings. I have an in-​depth knowledge of and passion for bankruptcy law, which is reflected in the results that I obtain for my clients.



I also have a successful track record in a wide range of personal injury cases, including car accidents, motorcycle accidents, dog bites, horseback riding accidents, foreign objects in food, and slip and fall accidents.

Angie represented me after a car accident that left me with back problems and a chipped tooth. I was brand new to the area and I was really struggling with the transition and some frustrating situations that happened, such as this accident. Angie was so sweet and sincere, and I felt like she really cared about me and my situation. She was honestly a God send in my dire time of need. She was able to get me more than I anticipated and was so quick and responsive throughout the entire process. I honestly did not feel like I needed to worry once I had met with her the first time, and sure enough my gut was right. Angie consistently kept me informed with updates of my case and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone who needs a lawyer that feels like a friend.

I’m so glad that I was referred to Angie to handle a breach of contract matter. She resolved it very satisfactorily, and it didn’t cost me an arm and a leg! Angie is the best attorney I have ever hired! Ok – she’s the ONLY attorney I have ever hired. But I have heard all of the lawyer jokes and stereotypes, and Angie is not one of those lawyers. She’s very down to earth and made me feel like my case was a priority. I don’t think I ever waited more than a couple of hours for her to return my phone calls or emails. She got me great (and fairly quick) results too. (One of my customers had not paid his invoice in months. I really didn’t think I was ever going to see the money. But Angie was able to reach a pretty good settlement with him shortly after the lawsuit was filed.). My only complaint is that she has moved to Washington (from California). I wish her the best of luck.
