History

Established in 2003.

Dr. Anderson studied naturopathic medicine at Bastyr University in Kenmore, WA. She completed her internship and graduated with a Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine in June 2003. Prior to graduation, Dr. Anderson assisted other students at Bastyr University as a tutor in Anatomy and was a teacher’s assistant in Physical Clinical Diagnosis and Histology. Dr. Anderson preceptored with physicians at Evergreen Hospital in the E.R., gynecology, and gastroenterology, and with other naturopathic physicians that specialized in physical medicine, pediatrics, women’s health, and general practice prior to opening her own clinic. Dr. Anderson has been published in the local Kirkland newspaper and has presented at Health Fairs and in Health Food Stores. Dr. Anderson, a Kirkland native, was very proud to open her clinic downtown in her hometown Kirkland. After 7 years of having Anderson Natural Health Clinic, Dr. Anderson moved her practice to her new hometown in Snohomish near Monroe.

I believe that knowledge is power. Once patients learn and understand the reasons they feel unwell, and what they can change, they can improve their overall health and well being. I believe also that improving nutrition and lifestyle choice is a fundamental tool to advance one’s health. Most of today’s illnesses and chronic disease are due to what people eat and drink and how they take care of their bodies and minds. My special interests include gastroenterology, food allergies, women’s health and general practice.
