Victoria Secret

This is the worst Victoria’s Secret location I have ever been in. They literally had 3 pairs of PINK hiphuggers in stock — and they were all black, and all size medium. How are you supposed to get the 5 for 27.50 deal when they only have three pairs on the entire sales floor?!? When I went to check out, three employees were behind the counter trying to figure out how to do a return for a couple in front of me who did not look very happy. One of the employees finally pulled out a three-​ring binder/​manual and started reading. Then the other two associates just walked away, went up front and leaned against a table chatting with each other. While I stood there watching the confused employee read over and over the manual, the couple in front of me waiting for the return said «well, i guess nobody wanted to ring you up.» After standing there for awhile longer and realizing that this return was not going to be finished anytime soon, I went up to the two employees standing around chatting and asked if someone could please ring me up. «Latrice» replied «I can’t, I’m the manager.» WTH? Shouldn’t the «manager» be a little more concerned about customers? Or maybe she should spend some time stocking shelves! The whole experience was a complete waste of time and I will never go back to this particular location.

Great store! I had to return something and it was quick and easy and they didn’t ask any questions. The staff was friendly. Great selection, much better than the Gwinnett Place location. Actually had the color and size I was looking for. My only complaint is not enough styles of wireless bras, but I think that has more to do with VS than the store. Will definitely be back here.

I am sad to even write this review because I usually never have a problem with Victoria Secret. I have been a loyal Victoria Secret forever cardholder for years and have not been treated this way. When I entered the store, the two employees at the front barely even greeted me. Yes, I know I may look young, but wow. Way to treat me with little significance. There was also a blond older women who worked on July 7, 2015. When I asked her which panties were the free ones, she rudely just said all of these. Then, I asked her for help to look for a specific pair of panties. She rudely stated that they should be over there and just opened the drawer real fast and stated they were out of it. She barely even helped me. To make things worse, I know for a fact that no matter how little your purchase is, they wrap it nicely and placed it in a bag. She just handed the panty wrapped in tissue. If I am spending at least 1,000 dollars at your store each year, it should be wrapped in a little big. It doesn’t even take that much time. The panties are also horrible unorganized. What do you people do all day then? Definitely, not returning to this location.

Horrible store, everytime I come its a bad experience the staff is rude and they follow you around as if your going to steal something. The store manager is very rude.

Great location. I went in looking for one specific item and they had it but in a different color. I went ahead and purchased it as it was a lower price than normal. My husband while we were checking out asked if they get the nude color in that item a lot or if we should just order it and she offered to order it for us right there and have it shipped to our place! Awesome. Really happy with the customer service at this location!

Great location! It is arranged like pretty much any other VS you can go to. They have the Pink section, VS, section and VS Body section. When you first come in you see the pink section. It is unfortunate, because that is the only place in the store that stays unorganized, because of all the people that rummage through the panties getting them unfolded and out of order. (I am guilty of this, sorry employees). Definitely check online for coupons before coming in!

This location is very nice, clean and organized. The staff is friendly and helpful but they lack in bras for women with big boobs, sorry I call them as I see them. The larger sizes that they do have are heavily padded, sorry but my girls don’t need any ‘padding’! Still a nice store and if by any chance I lose weight and get smaller, I’ll frequent this location more often.
