Roberto C. made my experience at Service Street the best experience with a car repair I have ever had in my life: seriously. I don’t normally write reviews, but when good happens to you I believe you have to give good back. He was personable, professional, and honest. I will continue coming to this Service Street for any repair even if I move from Snellville in the future. Roberto’s attention to detail and unparalleled customer service skill-set makes him a true asset to this location and to any repair shop lucky enough to employ him. I had to have extensive repairs on my breaks and oil change and had to wait a while for that to get done, but it was necessary and Roberto kept me updated every step of the way and made my wait comfortable. This experience is a rarity for a majority of auto repair businesses. Roberto and Steve have made this Service Street a hidden gem in Snellville and I want it to be known. I hope this review helps remove the«Hidden» from the«Gem».

Got a coupon for an oil change and it was right around the corner so figured I would give them a shot. I called and they said come now for faster service. Car was ready in about 20 minutes and I brought second car in and 20 minutes it was complete too. Fast service with friendly staff. Very pleased and will go back.

They said they changed my oil, when they really didn’t. I trusted them for a while when until today. I took my car to my main mechanic and told me that my oil hadn’t been changed in a really long time. I will not be going back and using up my pre-paid oil change certificate.

Went here for heat repair on my van. Said they fixed it and nothing was mechanically wrong with my vehicle. They never fixed it and the heater core was bad. Took to another mechanic. Second mechanic fixed the van. Second mechanic told me service street did not put the parts back on my van correctly. I will never go to these people ever again. I got part of my repair back but fact is I should have gotten the whole thing. They got me, but only once b/c I’ll never go back again. Ever. Last mechanics on earth I’ll never go back. I’d rather walk. Nope never going back. Incompetent they are.

The service manager at this place is very dishonest. I brought my 2005 Infiniti FX35 for service because it had a faulty rear power window. When I arrived they promised that they would take a look free of charge and provide me with an estimate BEFORE beginning any work. Half an hour later they called me and informed me that they had already removed the faulty part(turns out it was a power window switch) and had already placed an order for the replacement. When I told them that I hadn’t authorized any repairs, the same service manager that I spoke with 30 minutes earlier, was insisting that I pay $ 350 for the diagnostics and the replacement part. That’s despite the fact that no repair work had been done. After arguing with the service manager for 15 minutes, I ended up having to pay $ 150 for absolutely nothing and walked out. Stay far away!!!

Worst place ever. Don’t be fooled by the deals and promotions they give out. They give those out for a reason. I was tricked into getting an oil change. The promotion was for $ 15. When the guy starts the oil change, he says he found more things wrong, and that he HAD to charge me extra. How much extra? $ 100. I obviously said no, but he insisted, saying that my car wasn’t even safe to drive home. I just said I needed the oil change, but he became very pushy. Word to the wise: if companies are having arguments with their customers, avoid those businesses.
