This store has terrible customer service, it’s as if the employees don’t want to work here at all.
First incident: I left the store at 9:01 when they were closing I got to my car and realized I left my keys in the store and returned to the store at 9:04 and the woman flat out refuses to let me in. I had to call for a pick up from a family member, leave my car in the parking lot and come back for my keys the following business day which were right where I asked her to grab them on the sitting bench in the women’s aisle.
Second incident: I called to verify if they had a shoe. As much as I hated this store due to the previous incident they were the only one showing it so I called. The woman told me it was there and hung up in my face. I called back to ask her if she can hold it for me and verified I just spoke with her and she told me it’s gone and hung up again.
Really?
Disgusting service.
