This is my Oreck store since I bought mine over a decade ago online. They are very friendly and nice and have fixed the only two problems I have ever had. They also give you 3 free tuneups after my last work I had done. They do try to sell sell sell their accessory items, but I’ve just come to expect it and say no thankyou.
