Great customer service. Technicians are very skillful, kind, patience, and considerate. The salon ambiance is one of the best in the state of Georgia. Highly recommended for family, friends, and love ones!

I wanted to like this place but can’t. The wait time is always long, it’s very unprofessional, the music kept getting unbearably louder and then changed to 90’s grunge/Rock(which is great except when you’re trying to relax whilst getting your nails done!) both my aunt’s and my mom’s pedicure bowls OVERFLOWED all over the place! They proceeded to mop up the water and then the mop literally almost knocked me out when it fell. The guy that did my gel nails took his time but in the end did a poor job. He didn’t file the edges, so the ends of my nails are all messed up. They were also filed poorly to begin with. The workers here rush and set timers and speak another language nonstop, as well as complain about how they haven’t had a break all day. It’s just not a relaxing experience and I will not be back.

FUTURECUSTOMERSBEWARE! I have been a customer of VIP/Mega Nails & Spa for the last three months and I’m disheartened to say that I will not be returning. First, I’d like to say that the store is beautiful! That’s the one thing that drew me to that nail salon in particular. Secondly, they’ve got some great talents there. Gina, was my favorite; she works very hard and admits when she’s made a mistake and takes the time to correct it, instead of just sending you off looking crazy. Management is the reason I won’t be returning. I manage a spa, and I make sure that my staff, as well as myself, are in the habit of making sure our customers know exactly how much they’re paying before they finish their services. Unfortunately, this habit is unknown at this store. I was overcharged in my last two visits. The first time, I called and spoke to the manager Ricky(who coincidentally wrote the first review for this store). He always seems friendly in the store, but apparently knows nothing about customer service or conflict resolution. I told him I was overcharged and he tried to tell me I had services that I know I didn’t have. He said he’d give me a call back but never did. He also mentioned that its best to take care of these things while you’re still in the store. And he was absolutely right, and my nail tech did a great job, so I didn’t want to miss out on this place over a measly $ 10. But during my last visit, I was charged $ 53 for a fill-in. Now I’ve been getting my nails done for about 10 years, and I can honestly say that unless Jesus Christ himself is doing your nails, then paying $ 50+ for a fill-in(not full-set) is NEVERJUSTIFIABLE! When I mentioned this to Ricky during the checkout, be started pulling out all kinds of secret/unexplained charges out of his you-know-WHAT! Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice.. . I’ve been spending about $ 180-$ 200 a month here and Ricky could care less about keeping me as a happy customers. There’s no way I’m going to continue to visit this store being treated this way. I’d rather make the 30 min drive back to Foxy Nails in Buford. So if you must go to this store, PROCEEDWITHCAUTION! And be sure to ask lots of questions. UPDATE: Ricky, you did nothing to make sure I was kept a happy customer, and yes, I had other services, but let’s not stray away from the $ 53 for a fill in with all the hidden fees. None of those added costs are posted anywhere, nor were they mentioned to me beforehand or during my services. When you’re prices are posted, that’s a nonverbal agreement to pay those prices… Because they are posted… Or at least communicated. $ 30 for a full-in… Sure… But $ 23 extra for things you didn’t even want to mention to me until checkout? Not to mention that during the«switchover» from Solar to SNS, there was no extra work done like take-off. I’m still left with old nails, not even a new full set, which the nail tech specifically said she wouldn’t do because it would take too much time and more money… And you wanna charge me for it anyways? This is the second time I’ve been blindsided like this… So yes I’ll be taking my business elsewhere!

Overpriced! Horrible service. They have a timer and if they did not finish in the 25 minutes they just stopped. The whole time it felt rushed and impersonal. I have been here 3 times because they are open later and I hope their service will be different. Each time I leave feling cheated of money and my nails are looking horrible within a week. Do NOT go here!

Today was the second time I visited the salon. The first time I made an appointment. Even though I made an appointment, I waited for an hour. The management was very apologetic, but I still waited for an hour. I thought I would go back today and try it again. I arrived and was told I would wait for 5 to 10 minutes. I did wait in there waiting area for 5 to 10 minutes. They then moved me to a spa pedicure chair, where I proceeded to sit for another 30 minutes. I will not be returning to this nail salon as they do not value their customers as evidenced by their customer service.
