My family and I recently went through Eternal Hills to bury my father. Initially, they were friendly and worked to accommodate our needs. Unfortunately, this soon changed. Once the topic of payment and contracts came up they rushed us into signing things without fully explaining them. Whenever we asked a question, they responded with frustration and impatience. The financial representative was incredibly rude and lacked sensitivity to the pain every member of my family was feeling. When we stopped her to get clarity on what she was asking my sister to sign she said that she«had tried, but had obviously not gotten through to us». When it came to filing paperwork to begin the processing of the death certificate, the representative made sure to inform us that she«was NOT» going to drive a distance to drop it off. Which was fine, since we could manage it ourselves. Her need to articulate it, however, was cold, obnoxious, and unnecessary. We were abnormally fortunate in the amount of preparations our father made so the amount of interaction was minimal. I would not recommend them to anyone. For a business that has operated for such an extended period of time, I would expect them to be a little less abrasive and condescending.
