These places are not known for great customer service & this was no exception. I explained I was tender headed, & my hair continuously got pulled & I kept getting stabbed in the head with the hair pins! The finished product might be grand, but getting there w as pure hell!
2ndly most of your customers ARE NOT Dominican so please speak English. It creates an uncomfortable environment for your customers who have no clue what you’re saying. We look alike but we don“t speak alike!

I’d driven by this salon while visiting from Chicago and planned to stop in just to give it a try. I’m very glad I did! Great service, the woman who worked on my hair was very personable and I left with a shiny, bouncy (super straight) head of hair. I’m in town about once a quarter and I will definitely make this a regular stop.
