My daughters phone acted like it had died, would not turn on at all, even after trying to charge it. She didn’t want to have to get a new phone. We went into the store, barely made it inside the door when a young woman asked how we were doing and if she could help. She looked at the ailing phone showed my daughter what to do and the phone has worked with no issues since. This young woman made us feel comfortable and like we weren’t dumb for not knowing how to fix it.

Love Verizon Wireless! That being said I hate coming into this store. The staff will hound you and hound you… They won’t leave you alone until you walk out the doors. So now I try to buy everything online. So I don’t have to set foot in this store…

I’ve been to a few different Verizon Wireless stores over the years and the representatives here have always been great to me and my family. I don’t usually have any issues with Verizon, but the last time I had a billing issue I wasn’t able to get it resolved by calling Verizon but the manager here was great and quickly solved the problem.
