I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. When I first purchased hair from here, it was great quality and lasted a while. One year later I purchased a bundle and not only did the hair shed, it got tangled (it looked like synthetic hair)! They do work with you if you keep your receipt (30 days)… That is the only reason I gave them one star. I was once a loyal customer until I purchased again and had the same issue twice. I went to another shop and they even said they’ve had a lot of customers say the same thing about Tru Glory,

I’ve never been in person but I’ve been ordering from here for over two years at the recommendation of my stylist.
The shipping is always fast and the quality is consistently superb. This is the only hair that I’ve never had shedding issues. And it blends really well. I often catch my best friend trying to guess if it’s mine or not lol

NEVER ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN, HAIR COMING OUT LIKE CANCER .not trying to be funny at all! This company is very unprofessional and needs to be shut down… the receptionist is also very rude.

I got the Brazilian body wave and I love it! I used a braidless sew in and my stylist is great

So I brought 3 bundles of hair 18,20,22 a month ago. In at first I thought it was gonna be bad hair cause it came in a plastic bag and the edges of the hair was really rough but it came out to be really good hair but my only problem I have with true glory hair is that it came with lice and it took me two days to get all the lice and eggs out of the hair. So no I wouldn’t buy it again I guess that’s what happens when u buy cheap hair. But my advice is to wash the hair with shampoo the kills eggs and lice before u put it in your hair.

Really good hair that blends well. They wash the hair now, so there’s no funky smell. I had no shedding and no one could tell I had weave in. Prices are reasonable too.

My back up virgin hair store

I love this hair! It lasts for a few installations and it doesn’t tangle up. I have purchased virgin hair a few times but ever since I moved to Atlanta true glory has been the hair place to go.

This hair gets a Star because it lasted long enough to get me through my engagement photos (1 day), After that, this hair was garbage. I knew there was a problem when my stylist went to curl it and she said that it was catching on the flat iron… that’s because some pieces actually melted! This hair is not 100% Brazilian hair, there may be some strands of real hair in there, but something is not right.
I cannot explain how frustrating it is to spend $ 200 on hair and then another $ 200 to put it in just to take it out after 4 weeks. I’m very particular about how I look and I can’t walk around with bad hair. To make things worse, I had my stylist «treat» and cut the hair in hopes that some life could be added to it. It looked even worse after being washed, and why did I think I could treat fake hair! Ugh! Lol. I was desperate to save it, but just had to take it out. I have to look fly and I was looking anything but fabulous with this hair. I didn’t go out or take any selfies the whole time I had it lol, I was non existent to the world for a little over a month.
I’m hoping I can dispute this purchase, and I contacted the company and they of course ignored my email (I don’t live in GA online purchase)…awful customer service. What I’ve learned from this costly experience is to use common sense… there aren’t 100s of Brazilian women trying to give black women their hair. They slap the name Brazilian name on it and sell you something different. My real hair looks better than that mess. This hair is flat, tangly, lacks body, and is not remy/​virgin/​Brazilian etc. If you just want some hair hanging down your back and you don’t care what it looks like or how long it lasts… buy this. Trust me, I’ve seen plenty of bad weaves to see why they’re still in business, some people will just wear anything… but not me!
Sidenote: I heard their hair used to be good, this is some different hair now. My stylist was shocked!

So I have read pretty much everyone’s reviews… and I went to purchase 2 bundles just yesterday… I found the place just fine. My GPS took me straight to the location, so I had no issue finding the location. Secondly, the 2 girls behind the counter were extremely courteous… no attitude, friendly, etc. Regarding the hair smelling… mine smelled just fine. I get my install on Friday July 3^rd, I will repost to see how the hair installs and maintains and a later time. But, for now I am giving you guys a 4. I see no reason to not give a good review. Oh and yes they only accept cash… and the ATM machine at the time in the store was out of service.

Prices were right and it’s virgin hair… I colored mine, and it took well!!! The customer service was phenomenal… The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful!!! I will definitely be back to this location…
Will update after the install… The hair did have a smell, but I couldn’t smell it after I colored and washed it!

This place is a JOKE I went to the office bldg in Marietta in May of 2012… watch these people and make sure to measure the bundles. The chunky chick at the front desk was real slick, she told me they don’t except cc and I had to go to Quick Trip to the ATM, when I got back she had already put the hair in the bag. I opened the bag to make sure it was the right texture, and it was. I bought three bundles and they were all different sizes upon further inspection. When I called of course they didn’t have any idea what I was talking about. Think about how much money they make shorting your bundles. Never again will I buy hair or recommend these people… Gotta do better people… This is wrong as two left shoes.

I’ve bought my hair from them for 3 years now. This maybe the last time. I bought two bundles and it smelled really bad like a mixture of smoke, chemicals and dog. It has never smelled like this before. The worst smell ever. Why should I have to wash before I even get my hair done? What are they doing? That’s nasty

I love true glory. I’ve had hair I bought from them 2 years ago. The hair is still beautiful & radiant & never sheds or tangle. If you got bad hair from them is just suggest you ask them to switch it because they really have some great quality hair. Just ordered some & received it today. Can’t wait to make a wig out of it

I purchased 3 bundles of the Brazilian straight hair online last Saturday, and have recieved them today (Wednesday of the following week). Aside from speedy shipping, the bundles look full and fantastic! I noticed the ends of one of my bundles was a little lighter, but I’m dying the hair blonde anyway so it doesn’t matter. I compared the hair side-​by-​side with my Her Imports bundles, and I could hardly tell any difference. Hopefully this hair lasts just as well and as long without that awful Her Imports smell and shedding. If so, I’ve just found my new vendor!

For starters, the location is so hard to find. Just go to Walgreens on Cobb Pkwy and drive behind it.
Secondly, straight cash with the the most illogical set up ever. Only 2 registers, 1 register for getting a receipt… and the next is to actually pay.
More importantly, the hair is straight garbage! I bought 2 bundles of 14in wavy hair. And all I did was dye it black and cut in layers. First 2 weeks, everything cool… but after that, natting and all sorts of foolishness.
Trust me, this isn’t my first time at the rodeo. I’ve been wearing Virgin hair for over 2 years… so I know how to take care of virgin hair.
I know the prices are tempting. But I guarantee you’ll be aggravated!

This place is horrible I do not recommend what so ever! Run as fast as you can! You can look at teg displayed hair but don’t touch (HA) also you can order your hair on a menu! Let’s be clear you get what you pay for! Btw it has an everlasting smell of cornchips! TERRIBLE! Run as fast as you can! I took my hair down in 3days! Terrible! I do not recommend! Ever!

I would recommend this hair to anyone that want Brazilian Hair that will last without getting tangled, little shedding and you can custom color the hair. I am on my third purchase from the online site. Process is smooth, however, someone has to be home to sign for the package. FedEx will not leave your product at the door.

Just removed an install that I wore for a little over a month. I’m sure it would’ve lasted longer but my scalp doesn’t tolerate weave longer than that. I purchased one bundle of the body wave and was able to get a full microlink install (I have fine hair). The hair blended perfectly; I wore a bob style and fooled many. 4 stars only because there was a lot of shedding when styling the hair, but I did not seal the wefts. Styling was the only time I noticed shedding as well. The hair has an odd smell to it that didn’t go away, though it was washed and conditioned several times during install. Overall I’m satisfied with the price I paid for the hair and the subsequent install. I would purchase from them again.
