Specialties

We are an European-​influenced café and bakery specializing in alcohol-​infused treats. However, we offer a variety of pastries and baked goods that do not contain alcohol. In addition to the baked goods and fresh breads, we offer a wide line of coffee, iced coffee, hot tea, iced tea and hot chocolate. We have a daily lunch special that includes chicken salad on our fresh baked bread (daily), as well as other sandwiches and soups (flavors change regularly). We even have ice cream! Our head baker is classically trained and loves to introduce the public to new and unique flavor profiles. Special orders are available (please allow 48 hours).

History

Established in 2015.

Breanne Blair is a 2013 graduate from the Academy of Culinary Arts in New Jersey. She is certified and classically trained as a Pastry Chef. She started her training as a commercial design and graphic arts student in high school and decided her passion for baking and art skills would be put to better use as a pastry chef. Recently she relocated to Delaware where she has been the pastry chef for TwoNineNine Old School Grill in Middletown as well as a wholesaler for other restaurants and branching out into private parties. In April, 2015, along with her business partner/​mother, Janet Forrest, the doors to The Drunk’n Baker opened, offering a full range of desserts and fresh breads as well as promoting her delicious alcohol infused creations
