Sherry Bailey – Keller Williams

I know Sherry both professionally and personally, and live in the Westview neighborhood. I am quite familiar with the back story of the situation described by Chelsea R. Chelsea is clearly upset and frustrated over the situation, but unfortunately she also has a very, very skewed impression of what happened. Sherry was a rental agent, and had absolutely nothing to do with the relationship between Chelsea and the landlord of the property. Chelsea is simply wrong about what happened. Sherry is a consummate professional and a pleasure to work with.

Sherry E Bailey is a wonderful person and an exceptional Realtor!!! She is one of the absolute most genuine, kind-​hearted, highly intelligent, professional and incredibly loving people I have ever had the honor and pleasure to know! She answers and returns calls promptly, efficiently and is extremely knowledgable in her field and with her listings! She would give you the shirt off her back!!! She is not just a top notch Realtor, but a top notch human being with a heart of gold!!! I am thankful to have been introduced to this beautiful person who has been nothing but professional and kind from the very first moment we spoke! We need more Sherry Baileys in the world!!! This woman is the true definition of a con artist. She lives in the neighborhood she conned us into living in and is an avid member of the community. We lost over $ 400 dealing with her and the company she works for along with Keller Williams called CX Holdings. We should have noticed something was wrong when she tried to move us into the home before it had a kitchen sink or finished floors. During our move in walk through I asked her why the thermostat didn’t work and she assured me it just needed batteries. After having our gas turned on the technician told us or heater was fried. Sherry tried so hard to remove herself from the situation it was appalling. She was the only route of contact for CX Holdings but as soon add she realized we were living in a house in the dead of winter with no heat she suddenly had nothing to do with the company. She charged us so many ridiculous fees and refused to give me an explanation for charging us an extra prorated rent for a month we had already paid in full. What appalled me the most is that she was our neighbor and actively put us in this horrible situation. We ended up having to move again two weeks after signing our lease in Westview because we never had heat in 30 degree weather.
Stay away from Sherry Bailey. She is a con artist who associates herself with businesses that are involved in shady practice.
