I just received the worst customer service ever!!! The guy said he was the one who places orders… didn’t get his name. He was a rude jacka** and I was floored by his rudeness. I usually drive out of my way to go to this particular store because of the selection and the friendly staff but today he ruined that! I will never go in there again and will be sure that everyone I know knows about it. What a total jerk!!!

Between the vintage Ford automobile display with the kegs of Jack, to the life size cardboard cutout of the late great Popcorn Sutton, to the tap station for filling growlers to go(including Dragon’s Milk OMG), this place has everything. I wanted to sneak a tent into the corner and LIVE there. Prices are a bit on the high side compared to where I’m from, but hell who knows that might be market standard for this area I AIN’T FROMAROUN’ HEAH ha.

Parkway is a great store with good people and an even better selection, particularly considering it’s in Smyrna. Throw in the very reasonable pricing they offer, and you can see why I make the drive down from Nashville at least once a month to stock up. The constantly rotating growler fill station is great; whomever is picking the kegs is doing a great job to have a good variety on hand; I counted a couple of dark malt bombs, 3 nice IPAs, and all if it was local and/or solid craft brewers like Founders, Black Abbey, Yazoo, New Belgium, and several others — but then again, it rotates, so just know they seem to pick them well. As far as wine and spirits are concerned, they certainly have a better than average selection, even in comparison to some of the larger stores in Nashville. As a whiskey nerd, I appreciate that they also tend to have a store selected single barrel of some standout whiskey on hand — I’ve seen their picks of Four Roses, Eagle Rare, Buffalo Trace, and more. They also had a nice selection of tequila and vodka. Rum and Gin choices were certainly better than average, but this is probably the area where they could most improve. Ultimately, the awesome customer service and good selection is what keeps me coming back, and will likely have me returning for a long while.

I usually get my wine/liquor at Sam’s club in Kentucky, mainly because it’s cheaper up there. If not there, then I get it at Frugal Macdoogals in Nashville because that’s closer to where I live. I do work near this location so when I was leaving work and needed to get some Prosecco to take to a New Years party. The store is large for a local wine and liquor store. The store is styled in a hip way, with a store that is somewhat dimly lit. They have a larger than normal selection of wine when compared to a regular liquor store. It isn’t Macdoogals kind of large, but nice. They’ve got a large selection of white wine that is refrigerated for your on the go needs. I was a little disappointed at the Prosecco selection. I only saw 3 different types of Prosecco. I picked two and was on my way to the register. The prices were on par with what they’d be at a different liquor store. At the register, two young ladies check my out. There wasn’t much customer service as they just asked for my ID and then the total, no greeting or anything. And I felt like I was kind of interrupting their conversation, but they continued it while I was paying and left. Overall a great place to find a drink that you’re looking for. A much better option than a regular liquor store.

This store is located on a frontage road just off of Sam Ridley in front of Publix. What a great staff this store has. They are always friendly and outgoing. Their customer service is second to none, going out of their way to help you in any way they can. They have a great wine, beer and hard liquor selection. Other than the evil TN blue laws that keep them closed on Sundays, the hours are great and their prices are very reasonable. They keep a great selections of wine beers, and ciders chilled. Bottom line: Good prices Great staff Great selection

Pros They sell Sweet Walter white which is my favorite cheapo dessert wine Safe Location — not sketch like some wine/liquor stores Clean Friendly Staff Cons I wish they would put up the card ratings using Wine Spectator’s 100-Point Scale since I don’t really know my stuff *blush*.
