Parkers Heating & Cooling

My heat went out and I requested a service call. It was New Year’s Day and the tech advised me that it would be more expensive to do the call on a holiday ($ 149). So I decided to wait another day and save that extra $ 50. The tech called first thing the next morning and was here within 30 minutes of calling. He inspected the unit and found the problem was the condenser or something like that, but the parts and labor we’re going to be around $ 2000 to get it running again. my unit was about 18 years old so the parts were harder to come by. I elected to get a new unit since even with the repairs, there was no telling when something else in my unit would go out because of it’s age. The company had a sales rep out at my house by 2pm. We discussed financing and unit options. Once all of that was over the sales rep told me they would have my heat back on in a couple hours. An install tech brought the new unit to my house and had it installed and my heat working again by 4:30. Oh, and since I elected to buy a new unit, they refunded the fee for that service call ($ 100). Great group of honest people that do you right. I HIGHLY recommend these guys if you need any HVAC service.

I always like to try to support small local businesses. Parker heating and air does an excellent job all of their technicians have great knowledge of the HVAC system. Eric did an awesome job for us. There is no doubt who will call for future services.

I had my unit installed by another company just a year ago and had problems with the AC all summer. Tra and Jim came in and diagnosed the problem and showed me the cause of the problems. When the company who installed the unit would not honor their work and warranty, Parker’s came in and saved the day! They were fast, efficient, professional and friendly! I now have a cool house and am confident it will stay that way!

I called about a plumbing repair to a water heater. Parkers does not do plumbing repairs anymore.

Our water heater decided one day to only give us 3 gallons of hot water every shower. This doesn’t fare well at my house, so I called Parker’s Heating Cooling and Plumbing to see if this is something they can fix. I spoke to a young lady who was pleasant to speak with, and she got ahold of one of her servicemen, John. John did not have the parts needed as it was past 9:00pm and they couldn’t get the parts cause the stores were closed. No biggie. I gave him some available hours for the next day and he diligently called me around the time agreed upon and he was just wrapping up a job and would be right over.
When he got here, he had his testing equipment and tested the parts on my water heater, and crunched some numbers and gave me a quote. As he was working he showed me the failing parts and explained how and why the parts failed, and continued on working. Soon as he finished, he waited for awhile to make sure everything was working properly.
This morning I purposely took the longest shower I could without experiencing any loss in hot water. I’m pretty happy, and the repair didn’t break the bank. Good, honest people, these guys.

From the delightful young woman who answers the phone to whoever shows up to do the work, every single person I’ve dealt with seems to have only one thing to focus on: customer satisfaction.
