On The Spot founder, Joyce Sly is very passionate about animals. It is her love for animals that has inspired Joyce to start her own pet care business. After twenty years working in New York as a designer in the apparel industry, Joyce is amazed and thrilled to find herself in Georgia running her own pet sitting and dog walking business. Thanks to the support of her husband, Joyce started On The Spot in 2009 and has been loving every minute of it. As a pet owner, Joyce knows how challenging it can be to find a pet care provider who is trustworthy. And as a pet care provider, she thrives on giving the best care, comfort and support possible.
