I’m a little disappointed that when I got home, I noticed my order of SIX donuts was wrong. (Was really looking forward to that cinnamon bun doughnut). Then when I tried the glazed, the two I had were very stale (most likely from the day before?). I’m very disappointed that my simple order could be messed up.

If Krispy Kreme is a donut shop, then why is it so hard to get a fresh donut? My boyfriend came home with a dozen and a half of their cream filled and they were extremely chewy, dry to the touch and stale tasting. What a bummer, you’d think they’d sell fast enough to keep them coming fresh, so if that isn’t a testament to how their business is sliding downhill, then I don’t know what is.

Misleading sign, small donuts, tough parking lot all add up to create an unpleasant atmosphere.
The hot sign is on all day instead of only being one when donuts are genuinely hot. We stopped in after dinner thinking HOT time only to be disappointed by a smaller than usual, hard donut. It was obvious that it had been sitting out for some time.
Beware of the parking lot as there is limited parking for all 3 businesses and during dinner time some might park along the curb that adds to the stress.

Simply the most disappointing Krispy Kreme I’ve ever visited. Beware the misleading hot sign. This is a low volume store and they use a hot box to keep them «hot». Add to that slow service and an inconvenient location and thus the rating.

I’ve been to Krispy Kreme from other states, but none were as friendly, attentive, and awesome as the crew that works here.
We all know their donuts are also awesome, but I just wanted to write a review on the staff!

I don’t normally frequent corporate places such as this. However a cup of coffee was in need and this was the lesser evil.
These guys are amazing. Friendly. Funny. QUICK! Wes, Patrick, Tyler, Mark, Sheena were all awesome! Come visit. I sure will next time I am over here.
