Established in 2005.

Legacy Hill Dentistry was created when Matt Kressin DDS and Rick Russell DDS decided to found a dental practice dedicated to quality, affordable family dental care. Prior to 2005, Dr. Russell had been in solo practice in Smyrna for over a decade and Dr. Kressin had been an associate dentist in practice in San Antonio, TX.

Business Owner

Dr. Kressin was born in Knoxville, TN. He graduated from Rice University in Houston, TX in 1997 with a B.A. in Biochemistry. After a short career in medical research, Dr. Kressin enrolled at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, Texas. He graduated summa cum laude (with highest honors) in 2003. Currently, Dr. Kressin is a member of the Tennessee Dental Association, the American Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry.
