We have been their happy customers for several years now: Jose’s work on multiple cars we have owned is always on-​point, intuitive, and flawlessly executed. Maria is so friendly and she treats our business like we’re close family! Her communication about repair timing is both friendly AND accurate; moreover, their pricing is quite fair and market-​conscious.
I give them the highest recommendation, then, for quality, customer service and trustworthiness. I have referred every family member to them, with similar great results. José and Maria are outstanding service providers and I think that their goals are: to make you feel both personally welcome and to treat every client with respect and honesty. 5 stars all the way!

Okay let me start this by saying I do not like either Jose or Maria. I just wanted to put this out there first because I thought you should know since I am doing a review, but I will do my best to just stick to the facts.
My parents have been coming there for years. Never had a bad experience until I came one day and they said I need my belt changed or something. They also told me that something was wrong with a sensor. I said okay I will just get the belt fixed right now «because I’m pretty much a broke college student.»
I brought my car in that Friday at like 8:30 or something. either way he was late and it was just Jose. I also needed my oil changed and I always went there, so i told him, «please do the oil change too so I can get it all done at once,» (I had a full load of classes). He said okay. So I walked home and came back later that day after they called and told me my car was ready. Maria is there now. I had a quick convo and she gave me the invoice. I said the oil change isn’t on here. Jose walked in, she said there was no oil change performed. I looked at him and said I wanted an oil change. He looked at her and said I never asked for an oil change. HE LIED. I don’t blame Maria for believing her husband though. I answered yes I did. She said well we can do it for you now. I said no thats okay (because I walked there I dont really want to wait). She got an attitude with me! I said, «you know what, I’ll just go somewhere else to get it done.» I asked for the quote on the señor. They always print out everything i need, but this time she wrote it on a piece of paper. I guess she thought I didn’t deserve their formatted quote. They have never done that. After that they have been rude to my family. My parents tolerate it, but I don’t.
BTW I WENT TO A DIFFERENT MECHANIC AND THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH MY SENSOR. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE. THEY ARE NOT AS GOOD AS THEY ONCE WERE.

Jose was recommended to me by 2 other people. His office manager Maria is always very polite and helpful. Same with Jose. I’ve had 5 older model cars serviced there over several years including serious engine overhauls, brakes, wheel replacement, front end repairs, brake line replacement, etc and never had to take the cars back for refixes. The price charged has always been very reasonable so that is why we have continued to be a customer 5 star service.

The owner name is Maria, is kind of Rude and tricky, they do not tell the charges upfront and just ask you to pull the car in for inspection (although I requested them I can tell them the issue if they can just take a 2 min ride with me in the car), and asked me to pay for it. with out letting me know that it is going to cost me just for pulling inside with out service.
Then she is arguing that you did not asked, later on she tricked me by saying if you take service from us we will waive off this charge. Also these guys do not have good idea of car.
this is ridiculous. it seems like this is her trick of making money.

I had my daughter bring her car there to check the brakes, muffler, tires and alignment. They checked it and confirmed the issues, but said the muffler was just fine (didn’t try to sucker us in for unnecessary repairs!)
They quoted the work, completed it in VERY reasonable time and communicated throughout the process!
I would highly suggest this place for your car care in the smyrna area!

I’ve used Jose for all kinds of service and repairs for a couple of years now. After several visits, I think that I can report that I’ve finally found an honest mechanic. Jose doesn’t recommend unnecessary repairs, he can solve any problem, and his prices are more than reasonable.
He’s so good, in fact, that I’ve been hesitant to give him a review for fear that Smyrna’s best-​kept secret would get out. But Jose and his family are really nice people, so I thought that I’d help the cause.
FYI, I didn’t give Jose the 5-​star, «as good as it gets» rating because they won’t take you home or pick up you up like a lot of repair shops do these days, and they once tried to charge me extra for paying with my credit card (they gave me a break after I complained). I still continue to save a lot of money with Jose, but these issues were minor irritants.

Honest straightforward service at very reasonable prices.

Drove in on a Friday at 10 AM with an overheated Tahoe… knew I had bad issues. It was the water pump… Jose replaced the pump, all fluids, and changed oil and filter for less than $ 300… and oh yeah. I drove out of there before 1:30PM. Highly recommend and I will go back.
