Our mission is to make your next event easy to plan, easy to pay for and easy to enjoy! We can supply your favorite foods, rentals for that special occasion, a DJ if you need it, a florist, or photographers, and the most amazing cakes and desserts you have ever tasted! We specialize in making your day as special as you are. We do sculpted cakes that will wow your guests, because they won’t think it is cake– they think it’s the real thing. History

Established in 2003.

I started baking cakes in 1976, when we were blessed with a new addition to our family. I wanted to make his birthday cakes, so I taught myself to decorate cakes. When I would take them to his daycare, people would ask me to make cakes for their children and it just snowballed from there. I finally got the catering bug and in 1998 attended the Opryland Hotel Culinary Institute. I graduated in 2001, and after not being able to find a location I could afford, with help from my Brother-​in-​law Tom, and a bunch of family and friends, we built our current building (yes, BEHIND my house-​thank you Smyrna codes for a variance) and have been here almost 9 years now. I absolutely love what I do and would love to work for you, whether a birthday cake, a wedding cake and catering your wedding, or a «just cause» cake to make your day brighter.

Lover of all things food related, I always strive to give my customers more than they paid for. I love all aspects of food and catering. My favorite part of the day is when a customer picks up a cake or other dessert and cries tears of joy. Or a small child jumping up and down, saying“is that MY cake?“

I guess in general, I just like to make people happy!

I have worked as an auto mechanic (my car cakes are awesome), a pharmacy clerk, a paint mixologist in a lumber store, and computer billing clerk, so I have a wide knowledge base. Let me put it to use for you.
