Great Harvest Bread

I’m very dissapointed to learn that this location is apparently closed. They had a sign up for a couple weeks stating the oven was broken, but now their website is closed and their phone is disconnected. Loved their sandwiches, and the whole grain breads. Staff was always friendly and very helpful. Very sad to see them go. My son and I will have a hard time finding such a good place for our weekly breakfast.

Great Harvest is awesome! They have amazing sandwiches (my favorite is chicken salad) & the best cookies & desserts, yum!
They have also gone out of their way to accommodate our lunch orders & can only say they are great people that make great food.

This is the go-​to place for fresh breads and delicious lunchtime sandwiches. Although truthfully, I normally go in the morning for a coffee and sweet treat. The Hubs always get’s their egg sandwiches and can never finish it! The choices are unbelievably good and if you go on their website, they even update you as to what they are showcasing that week. The staff is always friendly and quick with a sample if you want to try something. My favorite is their Apple bread… OMG, so yummy as french toast.
Careful on Saturdays, this place stays packed! Not only are they super busy business wise, they are always working with the local Smyrna community (dog walks, kid’s days, etc.). You gotta try this place!

There are few sandwiches better than the Great Harvest Bread chicken salad on cranberry walnut bread.
I started coming here as we’ve been picking up a fresh produce box (from Off the Vine) every three weeks (which I also recommend). They always have tasty breads and treats at the counter for you to sample if you wish, and a couple of trips ago, I decided to order the aforementioned tasty goodness of a sandwich and it’s become my staple order each time I go back.
The folks are friendly, the ingredients are fresh, and the food is a pretty good deal for what you get.
All in all, I’m a very satisfied customer each time I visit this breadshop/​bakery/​deli and wouldn’t hesitate for a minute to recommend it to others.

Overall the bread is good, but a little expensive. They have limited baked goods, which are large and easily serve two people. I have to say most of the staff is very pleasant and cheerful except for the owner’s wife who is never smiling and a bit surly for someone in sales. They do make a good sandwich.

I stopped into this location for a sandwich and I was very happy with what I was served. HUGE California Cobb sandwich (turkey, bacon, tomato, lettuce, red onion slices, guacamole and some other kind of spread or sauce) on their honey oat bread. Everything tasted so fresh and PERFECT!
At first I was a bit disappointed to not be offered at least a pickle slice or some chips with my $ 6.95 sandwich, but I definitely think that the price for the sandwich was spot on for the ingredients and size of the sandwich. I’ll definitely be back to sample some other goodies.

This location just started serving sandwiches. Judging from the impressive lines in the store on a Saturday afternoon, they’re a huge hit. They are, not surprising, huge and delicious, and come with a free sugar cookie. Can’t ask for much more!
