This company saved my life! the customer service is A+! and the appointment time is very prompt. The guys who came into my home to do all the wiring were professional, and very friendly. They explained to me everything they were doing, step by step. I felt very comfortable with them, never intimidated. Steve the initial surveyor, was very courteous, professional, and followed up with a phone call.
I have nothing but praise for this company. Steve Purcell is easy going, professional, and a delight deal with.

Excellent customer service and professionalism!
Flash Electric exceeded our expectations and we had a great experience from beginning to successful completion working with Flash Electric to install a 17kW generator at our house.
Steve, with Flash Electric came out to discuss generators and to gather the necessary information to properly size the generator. Steve was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He patiently answered all of our questions and came up with several options that would meet our needs.
After selecting the option that best fit our needs, Flash Electric ordered the generator and once the generator was in scheduled an installation date.
Steve, Dwayne, and Rusty started the install on Friday. They worked through the day on Friday and Steve and Dwayne returned on Saturday to complete the work. Throughout the installation all from Flash Electric were professional, courteous and well versed in electric facilities and generator installation.
There was an issue due to the way the propane company had installed the piping from the propane tank to the generator. Steve went above and beyond our expectations to resolve the problem and to ensure that at the end of the day the generator was installed properly and working correctly. Steve took the time to fully explain how the generator worked and what was involved in maintaining the generator properly.
A big thank you from our family to Flash Electric for their excellent customer service! I highly recommend Flash Electric to anyone interested in purchasing a generator or having electrical work performed.

Call someone else. They want $ 59 just to come out. They then wanted $ 335 just to change out one floodlight. This is not reasonable. Call someone else or ask for pricing over the phone if you know what you need. Lesson learned. Then call someone else.
