I moved to Smyrna (from Murfreesboro) about 5 years ago… to the date! I’ve been coming here ever since. The employees are very friendly and their service is excellent. I usually walk in for a sea salt pedicure and a brow wax. I’ve gotten a gel manicure once, and a regular manicure once. (I am rough with my hands, so I don’t pamper them as often!) I really like their loyal customer punch card! Tom (the older man) gives awesome pedicures… if you like deep massages and heavy foot-​scrubbing! Really, any of the guys there give great pedicures… and they all carry on fun conversations!

I usually get my nails done at VIP Nails & Spa on memorial blvd in Murfreesboro, but didn’t feel like driving down there & I needed my nails done last minute for my bday. So… I chose this place. It was the closest to me & I didn’t feel like searching anymore.
I was not completely satisfied because even though my pedicure turned out well, the older man that did my toes would continuously leave to go help some other girl because she didn’t know how to do her job…
I was defiantly not happy because the girl that did my manicure was in a hurry! My manicure and polish didn’t last a day!!! It started chipping already & she just didn’t do a good job. I was really upset. It seemed like the polish was cheap because it was cracking as well…
All in all, I probably won’t be going back to this place again. Why? They made me wait 45 mins just for a pedicure & they had bad customer service. I give them 3 stars only because my toes look nice.

Stopped by for the first time and I must say they met my expectations! I had Max, who was a male and did such a phenomenal job with my manicure and pedicure. He took his time and even chatted with me despite slight language barrier. It was nice getting to know him! This is probably one of the better places I’ve been to. The ambiance is very calming and relaxing but the music not so much but that didn’t bother me. They offer something free to drink while you treat yourself. When I was there, the place was quite busy with customers coming in and out and they were pleased with their services! I know I was definitely pleased and will be back soon!

Moving here from California I was on the hunt for a good nail salon! I have been to quite a few different ones here in TN and I am happy to say this one is finally it! Tina is great and is fast at everything! They are BUSY and it’s for good reason! I recommend you go right when the open if you are in a hurry. Fabulous pedicures, acrylics, & gel nails! My nails have never been healthier!

So let me say that I’ve been going here for about 3 – 4 years and 80% of the time I’ve been pleased with the facilities, ambiance and services given for the price paid. As a repeat customer they offer the stamp cards so the 11th pedicure or nail service is free :-) for Pedicures Tom (the older gentleman or any of the men do the best. I always get the pink and white acrylic on my natural nail bed and color on my toes. Tina & Ha provide the best service and they do all the designs. If you are getting a manicure gel coat or regular anyone can do those!

It’s 6:57 PM, I just left this place. They told me they’re closed. The funny part is I called 30 minutes earlier before I came and they said that they were open and that they would take me. Employees seem kind of shady to me. Use with caution.

Once I got over the Nails in the floor next to my feet, from the person before me. the guy was very quick doing my nails… however I think I have more polish on my finger than my nail and I have a big bubble on each finger like there is a huge glob of gel paint on each of them. My nails officially look like hot garbage. Next time I’ll wait it out at lady nails instead of trying a new place. Save yourself some time and just nope out.

Quite possibly the most uncomfortable pedicure I’ve ever received (first world problems, I know). My guy kept propping my foot in a certain position even after I told him it wasn’t comfortable. And, as much as I love my Asian brothers & sisters, the horrible Asian music, I could do without.
