I came through the drive thru twice this week in the morning, its not busy its spring break so to my point twice they have forgot my straw.

I hate to report… this is by far the worst Chickfila! I ordered my normal brkfst chicken sandwich with cheese meal… got home bit into it & it tasted like I was biting a chunk out of octopus! I immediately called & was told to bring the meal back which only took me 10 mins! ***Sidenote I’ve lived here over 20 years & have been eating CF 2 to 3 times a month for years***** I return back to the store the cashier asked the issue I described what happened when I bite it & she said ok let me get a manager 2 refund you… Now the manager EM walks up & I advised I had already called & spoke with someone he immediately asked the persons name… I said I have no idea… so then he says how do I know you spoke with someone… I’m like… WTF! So I show the manager my cell phone & he says… YOU NEED TO CALM DOWN! I was like I’m not even loud sir… he then laughs & walks 2 the back making me wait 6 mins… NOT SURE WHY??? Finally got my $ 5 now I can get the throat surgery needed to SWALLOW CHICKFILA MEAT!

We love Chick-​fil-​a but this is our local restaurant and it is the best!!! The staff is excellent– courteous, professional and helpful. They go out of their way to anticipate the customer’s needs. They are VERY helpful and fun with children. As with all CFA’s, the food is great and the facilities are clean. We come here so much we know the staff by name and they recognize us as well.

This Chick-​fil-​A is always busy but the staff is pretty aware of that. They keep a quick pace and from time to time will mess up because of that. However their entire staff is generally very respectful.
At times it may seem like you’re being rushed but for the most part the cashiers have people skills and can figure out if they’re being pushy.
Any order mistakes are honored with comps. Idk of it’s because they don’t wish to argue but a lot of the mistakes could be avoided by cashiers being trained on efficiency and speed with accuracy versus just speed.
Overall I like this location, second to the location on Chastain Rd. in Kennesaw, GA. Both are difficult to maneuver at times bc of how packed they are and how awkwardly they’re positioned but that doesn’t stop me from going back.

I absolutely love this chick-​fil-​a, they are all of that and then some. Not only is the service great, but the food is great as well. I ordered the soup and salad thinking the salad had chicken on it, but it did not. So I ended up going back through the drive thru and returning my meal and requesting for another salad that has chicken. Ciara was very sweet, she refunded my money back for the soup and salad and rang up my chicken cobb salad without any problems at all, she did the transaction very smoothly with a smile.
I can honestly say that I have never had a bad experience at a chick-​fil-​a restaurant.

The food was wonderful and the young man helping in the dining area was very hospitable.
My main issue was a young female (maybe manager– she had an ear piece with spiral wire) with very short hair was picking at her face and never washed her hands
Also, i brought my cup to the counter to get a cup of ice and the young man used my cup to scoop the ice– i informed him that I drank directly off my cup and now my germs were in the ice bin– nothing was done to correct this– despite having many servsafe certificates on the wall, training didn’t make it to the newer team members

Ok. from NY in Georgia so had to try this… best darn chicken sandwich ever… friendliest staff. no kidding.. One of the best experiences I ever had in a fast food place. Wow. what a company! Come to NY please!

What can I say… it’s chic-​fil-​a!!! Everything is awesome!!! For fast food, there is nothing out there better.

It’s hard to ruin a Chick-​fil-​A chicken burrito. These people find a way.
Drive two exits down to the Pacesferry/​Cumberland Chick-​fil-​A or be prepared to expect a small burrito that doesn’t taste as good.

5 stars… what, did you think it’d be anything less? ‘Course not! As I’ve said for a couple other locations, stick with the number 1 and you’ll be fine. Ha! I got a little feisty once and tried the chicken salad sandwich; it was delicious. BUT– that fried chicken breast on the bun reels me back in every single time. No pickle for moi, please.
*random fact* In the summer of 2011, Chick-​Fil-​A had the banana milkshake going on and MAN!!! For majority of the summer, I would pull up at random CFA’s ordering that thing. It was heavenly!!! Heavenly, I say. It had wafers and bananas in it… super sweet. Goodness gracious.
Where hath thy banana milkshake goeth, Chick-​Fil-​A?! :(You have the peach one now… I refuse to try it!

I never had Chik Fil A before, I’m a fan now. I’m not sure how jelly on biscuits and fried chicken works but I guess you just don’t question that sort of thing in the South.

So, my dad and I had some time together last week (I had a doctor’s appointment and he was my chaffeur) and needed some lunch and chatting afterwards. We both agreed Chick-​fil-​A sounded perfect — a little comfort food in the form of two Original Chicken Sandwiches (mine with no butter/​no pickles, his the fancy version with lettuce, tomato, cheese etc) is just the antidote to learning your foot is fine but they will need to cut the other side of the toenail off in a couple of weeks and do a chemical treatment that basically cauterizes the toenail — right?
This CFA is hopping and based on the times I’ve driven past previously, it is always that way! The drive-​thru was packed but this one is easier to navigate than some. We dined inside and as usual, the employees were polite, efficient and attentive — I love it that the folks now come to clear your table for you — nice touch!
Our sandwiches were delicious as always and the fries had just come out, so our timing was perfect. I’m even getting used to those new-​fangled ketchup thingies they have where you can squeeze or dip.. .
I’ll say it loud and proud: I love Chick-​fil-​A and this store is a new fave in this area!

Great Chik-​Fil-​A location! Clean, friendly and prompt service, free refills, and stacked sandwiches. What’s not to love?

Any chick fil a place handing out free entrees are in four star territory. When they giving away free chicken sandwiches to a black man — hey what can you say. Start skinnin and grinnin like Mary J Blige did for Burger King. We gotta figure out a way to be open on Sunday’s during football season, this the reason why they don’t get 5 stars Unilocaltards! ( Unilocal reviewers + retarded ppl)
