The right hand in this company does not know what the left hand is doing. I was quoted a survey and asked to match a competitor’s price since I have done the research. The person with the president’s title agreed to match it and scheduled the survey with me. The day before the survey, I received an insulting email from the owner canceling the survey since he did not authorize the discount. A week lost since the company can not get their act together. Maybe this is for the best, since I wonder what the result of their work will be.
