Really disappointing. Bad appointments management, with several people who seemed to be walk-​ins who had been told yes, we can accommodate you — but then several people whose scheduled appointments got bumped as they were still working on the walk-​ins. I waited 20 mins past my scheduled appointment time. Service was sloppy at best, not a great experience, not comfortable and not relaxing. Salon was older and seemed clean, but very tired. Mani/​pedi lasted less than a week, so I couldn’t even say it was good for a «cheap» service — it wasn’t.
