Brian A. Trodden’s expansive resume includes both civil and criminal litigation. His civil practice has a strong emphasis on medical malpractice, personal injury, construction and motor vehicle accidents. Additionally, in his criminal practice, he has successfully defended all types of criminal charges including: Homicide, Felony Assault, Grand Larceny, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance, Arson, DWI, Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle, Harassment, Criminal Contempt, Criminal Mischief and more.

As a former Suffolk County Assistant District Attorney, Mr. Trodden has extensive criminal law and trial experience.
