We are an outpatient physical therapy facility, specializing in a wide variety of physical therapy needs. We specialize in all orthopaedic conditions, with a physical therapist that is a Board Certified Orthopaedic Specialist; a certification held by only 1% of all NC therapists. We offer specialty therapy for patients that have vestibular conditions, and come equipped with experience for all post-​surgical patient needs.

Established in 2011.

This is a physical therapist owned outpatient physical therapy facility. Dr. Daniel Skulavik graduated from Arcadia University in 2003 with his Doctorate of Physical Therapy. He gained accreditation with the Hospital of Special Surgery and was able to treat some of the most complicated pre and post-​op patients. We offer one of Johnston Counties only Board Certified Orthopaedic Specialist’s as well as being a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapists.

Dr. Skulavik graduated from Arcadia University in 2003 with his Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Since that time he was accredited as a Board Certified Orthopaedic Specialist (OCS), a specialty held by only 1% of North Carolina physical therapists. He is an active member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapists (AAOMPT), American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), as well as an APTA member of both the Orthopaedic (OSPT) and Sports sections (SPTS) since 2003.
