We raise freshwater fish on our ranch (white sturgeon, black bass, channel catfish, and silver carp). We deliver these fish live to the finest restaurants in Northern California and to our customers at farmers markets. It cannot get any fresher than this! Also, in response to our farmers market customer requests, we are now offering freshly harvested white sturgeon filets as well.
History
Established in 2005.
Passmore Ranch was founded when we purchased our property in Sloughhouse, California in 2005. However, our ranching roots go back to the land rush days in Oklahoma where our ancestors homesteaded. We are proudly entering our 6th year of raising and delivering some of the finest freshwater fish available in Northern California. we take pride in our ranchs smaller scale as it allows us to concentrate on the quality of our fish and our relationships with our customers.
