Awful customer service. They are nasty and try to rip off people they feel can afford more. I sent my brother back with his pick-​up truck to order the same materials (I left I felt he was trying overcharge me) and he gave my brother a price of almost 40% less for the same items. And, to top it off, he was nasty. Stay away.

The elderly owner and equally grump daughter are by far the meanest, nastiest and rudest people I have ever met. Avoid this place at all costs. A business like this does not deserve to belong in the tight-​nit community of Sloatsburg.

I echo the sentiment about the curmudgeon owner. I walked in and said hello, and he just stared at me. I repeated my greeting as he was obviously elderly. Still nothing but a scowl and a few seconds later a «we’re CLOSED, whaddayawant?» In a nasty tone. I said «nothing — I’ll buy it elsewhere» and bolted. If you enjoy being treated like dirt, you’ll love this place.
