Superior Services A/C, Electric, and Plumbing

Let me start by saying that I have a tremendously busy schedule and I rely heavily on the people around me to do the work that needs to be done in a very efficient and quick manner. I do not have time to be involved in all the minor details, that is the reason I hire employees and companies to perform tasks.
I hired Superior Services to handle replacing an entire AC unit at one of my rental properties and they did an AMAZING job according to my tenants which are great people that have been renting from me for over 4 years.
My tenants told me that they were very clean and neat in the way they performed their job and they cleaned up after themselves leaving no evidence that they were there. I was kept informed as to the progress via cell phone as needed and everything went smooth from beginning to end, I highly recommend this Company for all of your AC needs.

I continue to be impressed by Superior Services professionalism and expertise. They are quick, courteous, well priced, clean up after themselves and do the job tight the first time. They will remain on my speed dial.

Don’t waste your time here. They were helpful at first and then wouldn’t come do the job after promising twice. I had to call multiple times to get them to show up the first time after they said they would. They came to inspect my AC and said I would have a quote in a day and they were fixing it in 3. Never heard back so so I called. Sorry we are busy but on it. 10 days later I call and they asked if I get find a different repairman bc they were busy w other stuff. Wasted two weeks on these guys. Be warned

I can’t say enough great things about this company. Superior Services changed out the 27 year old AC unit, the old ductwork, the old air filter unit, & re-​insulated the entire attic at my mom’s house for WAY less than I expected. The day of the install the whole crew (led by the owner Herman) showed up bright and early, and had the whole system installed and running before the end of the day. Everyone was polite, professional, and easy to talk to. Superior has come back several times to do maintenance checks and make minor repairs, and we’ve been impressed with their follow-​up and amazing customer service!

The two workmen came on time — diagnosed my problem immediately and had it fixed in 15 minutes. They were polite and professional — I would recommend them. This time my problem was electrical — but i plan to use them for my next A\C service call as well.

These guys delivered! I called everywhere looking for someone to install a vent and over the stove hood I had purchased and everyone could do one or the other tasks. I called Superior and they had it done in a few days and wasn’t as expensive as I anticipated. The 2 guys that came were pleasant and cleaned up after themselves. I was just pleased with their service and felt the need to write a review. Will use them again!

5 stars to Superior Air Conditioning. Herman was very prompt in giving a quote for air conditioning repair. He addressed the problem and was fast to offer a quote and agreed to complete the work quickly. He also determined an unknown problem with air flow and offered a solution. Priced reasonably and offers great service.

This company embodies why I love Unilocal.A couple of years ago, I had to hire an electrician for my office. Superior Services has been my service provider for several years now. I’ve always been satisfied with their exceptional service. Recently I had a heater unit installed downstairs by Josh.
Josh is very professional, courteous and timely. He did a super job installing this heater in a timely manner at the cost he quoted. I would recommend Superior Services to anyone needing AC/​Heating services and plumbing as well. Josh also installed several faucets in our bathrooms and again did an exceptional job.

These guys were very quick to respond to a outlet that was sparking. I was very nervous that it would start a fire while I slept so a speedy response is what was need and they dilievered. The technician was in and out getting everything done. Very polite too.
